@@skivvywaver Thats up from me - 5600X, 32GB DDR 4, 1050Ti 4GB, 2TB Nvme. Looking at upgrades now, but, low funds, high prices! Interested on that X570.... how is it?

@@damightyshabba439 It has been a pretty solid board. It will not, or would not run 4 sticks of memory in XMP mode. 32 gig is plenty, but I bought 64 for it. Had I known the 2 stick issue, I would have ordered two 32 gig sticks but they were very expensive at the time. There have been several BIOS updates but I no longer have the extra memory. I moved it along.

@@skivvywaver Had a few issues on my MSI B450 Tomahawk Max II board as well - out of the box it went CRAZY hot with 4 x 8GB ram in XMP. Needed a Bios update with 1 x 8GB to fix, then it was fine. Still plan to double up to 64GB, but first I need that 6750XT.... from what what I can see.... the best card for a PCI 3.0 board.

Lots of people listing their scores... not the system specs..... so totally useless.....
@jerrybeard8995Күн бұрын
they should already know their system specs, this was to show their score. They are showing they were able to follow this, and get the results. How would the "system specs" be useful to post, when it was never even mentioned in the video? What kind of info are you trying to acquire that they were not?

@@jerrybeard8995 Sorry - just re-read my post and realised it was quite rude - I didn't mean it that way. from a third party position simply posting your score doesn't really mean anything to a viewer without knowing the kit that score has achieved. I hope that makes more sense and apologies for being rude before - it was not intended.

@@damightyshabba439 lol, ok I get it now. It just had came out like you were giving all of those posters a hard time about them not posting their specs. I do understand that the "Windows score" is just a number that windows assigned without it truly having much real life meaning. It's just many of us were used to seeing that score with the older versions of windows, and for me I was just curious what it would say now. I know my few year old systems specs, and read the required specs on any game or software I wish to run, I'd never go by "Windows Score" and assume I could run it well. I am curious to run this on my 12+ year old computer to see what it says though. I do actually wonder how windows gets their numbers also. My current computer is like 3 years old and I got an overall 9.3, that seems high for a computer this old. but its fun to see the windows numbers again even if they aren't a real metric.

@@damightyshabba439 Hello, I swore I replied to this earlier, but I must not have clicked reply. I am sorry, I thought you were taunting everyone who was posting. I know this windows score is just something some of us remember from older windows versions and are curious to what it could be now. This metric is just what Windows thinks, not a true answer as to what you can run. On Steam I just look at min. and recommended specs. if you are between or higher, then you should be fine. I'm most surprised that I tried this on a very old computer I keep as a" What if I need to replace a part in my computer and need to wait for it is" kind of back up. Its a I7 2nd gen, 1tb ssd, 32 gb ram with a rx 645 1gb card, so not many newer thing should really be run on it, BUT it got a 8.05 overall. Seems high to me, but I have found that somehow it seems to overperform in games compared to my expectations in 1080p. no super high resolution, but playable.
