We do either -4 or -4.5 in the lenses. You would likely be safer with -4 in each eye due to magnification under water.

I've noticed behind you you have the old school, frameless masks that are just a circle. I was looking around for one and noticed you don't sell them online though. How much are they in store, and how do they flow in the water?
