Million dollar question, can you use it as an actual mouse pad?
@jbtravelssolo75962 жыл бұрын
yeah i actually had a nice wood grain mousepad board i bought from we games i ended up using it as a regular mousepad for gaming because i needed a quick fix and it is big.. just a heads up it will get stained from sweat if used more than a few times or other stuff like i spilled 1 drop of sauce on it and it will not come out so yeah just know it stains easy

Blue is the best for memory, because of it's contrasting balance between the white and black pieces. So if you're someone like myself, that memorizes a lot of lines, you want to go with blue.

Hi all ! Can you all please advice me about which Square Size inch/cm is best for a King Height = 4" (10,16 cm) and King Base = 1,61" (4,1 cm) ? I was looking for a 2,36" (6 cm) square size board, but I would like your opinions about that. Thank you very much in advance. Guillaume (from France)

why is green better then blue?
@Wholesalechess8 жыл бұрын
+A Tapir Named Jeff We suppose it's a matter of opinion, but a lot of people think green is better because it's easier to see the contrast of both the light and dark pieces on a green board.

Is brown accepted in tournaments?
@Wholesalechess5 жыл бұрын
There aren't any specific rules against it, but in the end it's up to the individual tournament director.

Gotta love the way the video is called help YOU choose... but he pretty much tells us get the green.. I use a black and white felt board with red and white 3.75 Marshall pieces. Never had a opponent complain used in all my tournaments and causal club play. I feel the red and white really stand out on the black and white board. White on white is not a problem... I Might end up investing in a silicone board though... The edges rolled and creasing is anmoying with the felt boards.

Do you think blue and natural colors would look good on a blue mouse pad board?
@Wholesalechess6 жыл бұрын
It's definitely a matter of opinion, but if you're getting the natural pieces because you want more of a contrast on the white squares, the blue pieces will probably not provide enough contrast for you. Still, they do look good (we tried it).
@ernestonavarro40176 жыл бұрын
Wholesale Chess ok nice , the reason I wanted natural was because I thought the regular white looked to bright , but I was taking what it said about contrast and thought if blue on blue would look strange
@Wholesalechess6 жыл бұрын
It looks good, actually. If you wanted the natural just for preference and not for contrast, you will probably really like blue and natural pieces on the blue board.
