Iam working in accounts department and iam beginner to the quibooks online.I have a doubt and you give a solution .I entered in bank deposit field advance received from client. Later sevice completed issue an invoice to the client,they asked to show full value and also how advance received earlier in that invoice.So I enable deposit feature on invoice to show the advance received in deposit field of invoice.my problem is that advance received have duplicate entry that I first entered in bank deposit and then show on invoice .How can solve this?.how to rectify this?

I wish you'd put a little more importance on support. It should be as simple as "email support at ______@quickbooks.com" but try to find that email address.

@@quickbooks I can't tell you how disappointed I am with QB support. You guys that respond are doing your best but it has to be that you've been instructed to to elevate issues to a higher level because I've spent hours on the phone with support only to have them instruct me to watch a video by a guy who isn't even part of QB. I worked in technology and that is not something a success driven team would be instructed to do.
