Should we take loan to pay PhD fees? What if I don't have the minimal amount to pay my admission, tuition etc fees during admission? Any insight on that ?

I don't think a loan is required. Fee for PhD can be around 20-30K per semester at max (in govt. institutes). But you will also get fellowship. So better borrow some from money from your friends and pay them later.

You have to choose guide from the same institute.. you may choose co-supervisor from other institutions
