I live in Tambaram , interested to buy agricultural land around 100 kms and I have no background, but scared about cost of land and maintainance and frauds of land buying. I am planning to buy land and want to leave near by for few years till tree grow up in remote place not leaving current JOB I can work remotely. Is it feasible?

It is not wise now to buy agricultural land, since it is very very difficult to do agricultural, inspite of that there is no profit in agriculture since agricultural products prices are controlled by govt without taking into account the cost of production
