I'm getting ready to make my first ever butter for my hair/face. I find your tutorial to be very educational, especially for a first-timer like myself. Thank you very much.

I’m a soap maker myself, I love mango seed and kokum butter together. It gives an awesome texture to my butters. After I melt I immediately shock the butter with an ice bath, I wisk it and it gives this wonderful fluffy texture. No grainyness at all.

** Thanks for your GREAT educational & information on these IMPORTANT body butter tips -- that I have not gotten from anybody else's channel since making my own body butter for a year now!! I know see the importance of knowing now which oils are low on the comodogenic scale! 👊🏾 Blessings!👊🏾👊🏾

Thank you so much for all your tips, it helped me greatly. I just made a batch of body butter a few days ago an it was harder than I wanted, now I see it's because I used more coco butter than the Shea an mango, I see now from watching this video that I need to use less coco butter cause I want my body butter to be nice & smooth an soft like yours 🙂 I use jojoba, coconut, grape seed, almond, Vit E, oils in mine. Thanks again for your tips.

Hey I'm a beginner in making body butter i have a question. What about Cupuacu butter
@keinohrtini Жыл бұрын
Super interesting! Thanks for sharing! What I don’t understand is the fact that my mango/kokum whipped body butter was cold and fluffy first but became very chalky after I packaged it. It’s so interesting that it changes texture although it is always in the same cold state. I assume I added too much arrowroot starch. What percentage of arrowroot powder do you recommend for a 60/40 butter/oil mix?
@tembisah Жыл бұрын
I'll wait right here with you for the response especially the chalky consistency after some days

Hey hey! I’m just starting my own line and everyone seems to do the percentage like you have done. But how do you know you are at 60% of an ingredient? Are you using a scale that weighed by percentage? I’ve been so confused on that piece…
