I got some Vermont Creamery crumbled goat cheese and I thought it had a very gamey taste and it upset my stomach to eat it. I tried it with stuffed mushrooms and on a taco. I've never been a picky eater, there are very few things I won't eat but I just want to throw it away. Is this a very mild cheese already or are there other better options for a goat cheese beginner like me?
