I’m listening to this Nov 2021 and was surprised to hear Mark to comment on the “family “ love of Whole Foods. I guess they’ve changed. A friend of mine who works at one of their stores told me about challenging conditions and low pay. It seems WF is neglecting a large portion of their extended family. Perhaps, Mark, you might speak with this WF person, and share Marianne’s message. Imagine the CEO and those in his orbit bringing in a bit less so that the employees without whom WF stores could not function could be paid a bit more. Those who clean the toilets are, frankly, just as vital and important as those who choose the salaries. Possibly even more so. Imagine them having to scrub their own floors…show your appreciation with a living wage, health coverage, and reasonable hours.

if you truly want it, this is no time for: "pretty please..." I'm parphrasing her, but this is the time for you to manifest, you either take ownership of America or leave it to the corporate interests. peace love, your heart is in the right place. believe in yourself, not just her.

So grateful you are helping to spread this heart centered voice. Thank you!!! I urge those on the podcast and all your listeners… those that see ourselves as supporters of Marianne and her voice… that we examine the nuances of our own words and underlying beliefs. If we can’t truly, deeply believe she is in it to win it… can’t truly deeply believe that we as a people are capable of electing, or worthy of a candidate who leads from the heart. It cannot happen. Her role need not be limited to moving the needle or being a gentle influencer. This can absolutely happen now. We simply need to let go of any liming beliefs of the wisdom and light within each one of us, and our ability to recognize and honor this in our political candidates. ❤️

Today I did nothing but compliment, being polite, smiling, chatting, supporting, helping, being kind and loving, hugging, pushing myself and using all my energy to be social with family until my body protested so severly I had to lie down to rest, giving away money to my mother, thanking people etc. How about trying to see the positive in people for once instead of always trying to find something negative in all the positve and lovingkindness you give to others? I had very little energy and did not take my medication either as I should have and yet with so little energy I did all of that and meant it. So to say that you can not be loving and kind when you have a mitochondrial illness is nothing but sheer evil nonsense and a lie.

Really enjoyed and appreciated this episode. Dr. Hyman, a wonderful follow up to this immensely important presentation would be to show how residing in a fearful brain impinges on the ability to access other important, necessary and vary valuable parts of our brain. As you know when we are in fear we are only able to access our amygdala or reptilian brain. And yet, we have so much more available to us. We desperately need to activate and utilize this aspect of who we are. I wonder if keeping us in this fear-mind is by design. Here is to accessing our potential which is what you seem devoted to. Thank you for all you do.

Our "mission" for this brief moment on the physical plane is to accumulate as much light and warmth (love) as we can so that we become as bright of a star as we can be... floating in heaven (joy, beauty and harmony). Love knows every star by name. If we extinguish our light and warmth (love) with greed (hate), we become the darkness and emptiness that surrounds the stars . We accumulate light and warmth (love) by appreciating (loving) this paradise planet lifeboat and the miraculous works of fine art called "life" that inhabit. And forgiving.

As a MHNP I can say, for many--depression=trauma, ADHD=Trauma, Anger/addiction issues=trauma, BP=trauma, BPD=trauma, Chronic Pain=trauma. The elephant in the room that many don't want to look at. Trauma is an interesting bird. As Scott Peck said, "Mental Health is Reality at all cost." Mental illness the avoidance of pain." Trauma needs to be adequately addressed b/c it is generational and shows up genetically. There is a biomarker that lends to trauma proclivity-SLC6A4 that you can test for--shows likelihood for trauma resiliency and potential responsiveness to SSRI meds (met analysis supports) here's a simplistic look at--www.nature.com/articles/srep16301. It is nice to think, 'get over it'..but it isn't as easy as this especially for those w/this variant. Not making excuses but pointing out the hurdle that is most definitely there for many and often hidden behind another diagnosis.

Great and inspiring explanation! One question though: it sounds like she means we are separated from God, but in my view (in deep meditation) I experience we are all part (particles) of God. That explains the one-ness of everything. To me this makes it more clear. I miss that in her explanation. I wonder if more people have this view.

Let us also remember that it is far more tempting to merely apply a cosmetic change on language than to actually undergo the necessary transformation in order to let love in our lives as a substitute for the fear that we had. It's not because someone says "I love you" that he lives in love I find that people who are amazed with mere change of language must really lack discernment.

I am debilitated and paralyzed with panic attacks. HOW THE FUCK COULD HE DO THIS TO ME? HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW????? I'm all alone in the world. Desperately painfully ridiculously: ALONE. I'm in hell: with no escape. I don't see a way out. I'm drowning, suffocating. I'm in so much pain. Submerged in darkness and blackness. Flooded with terror. No light at the end of the tunnel. My only prayer is to die. This pain is killing me. Trauma and emotional turmoil. I am miserable and devastated. I hyperventilate with panic attacks. I CANNOT, DO NOT: BREATHE. I am abandoned and betrayed; discarded like last week's garbage!!! I just want to die! I can no longer bear this hell that I'm in. I just don't breathe. The pain is too unbearable. Panic and terror and trauma flood every cell of my being. I'm so desperately all alone. My world, my life: was changed, completely, in an instant. My heart is shattered. My soul is raped. I have severe PTSD. SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE. I am left devastated and despaired. I am anguished and tormented. I am haunted and I am in agony. I am terrified and I am traumatized. I AM DESPERATE FOR PRAYER. THIS EMOTIONAL TURMOIL IS TORTURE. DROWNING. SUFFOCATING. I am traumatized. every cell of my being is submerged in PTSD. he raped me. my so-called best friend; he raped me. maliciously intentionally viciously brutally intensely: raped my soul. discarded me like garbage. CONSTANT PANIC. having the devil inside him, is a legit explanation for what he's done to me... how will I get through this? how will I heal from this? he purged all his dysfunctions onto me... because he's unhealed and because he's fucked, I ended up being the collateral damage to his un-wellness!! HOW WILL I EVER HEAL? I HAVE SEVERE PTSD. SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE. he's given me severe PTSD. SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE. some of the most toxic and sick people come disguised as people that love you... he came disguised as my best friend... I AM DYING OF EMOTIONAL PAIN. THE GRIEF AND TERROR ARE ALL-CONSUMING. the darkness. the despair. the rage. THE PANIC. OH. MY. GOD. THE. PANIC!!! the person whom I thought was my best friend discarded me like garbage. replaced me with another. I desperately want to escape the pain that I'm in: debilitating paralyzing all-consuming hyperventilating panic and grief... he violently brutally viciously maliciously raped my soul. abandoned and betrayed me. and now I don't breathe. CAN'T BREATHE. I'm desperately trying to remember this. please, God, help me remember: ✨💖✨ I was created from all light, for I am light, I fear no darkness. for being light, I can see beyond darkness!!! 💫 "Don't look for healing at the same feet of those who broke you." - Rupi Kaur Feelings are just feelings. They are not facts! They are not me! And I can let them go! ♥♥♥ God is using my feelings to train and heal my heart and my soul, for a new healthy true-love relationship: with my twin-flame... - The highest most love that I deserve, I must give that to myself, first! - In a state of loving myself, I will attract, and be attracted to: the same kind of person. - I must STOP emptying my own cup for someone that is not pouring into mine. - Love finds me! * "Stop acting so small. You are the universe in ecstatic motion." * - Rumi (The antidote to chaos, isn’t order! It’s harmony!)
