I put off reading this book bc I somehow knew reading it would change me forever and I wasn’t ready for that. I cannot help but to cry as I read it now but, I don’t cry bc I am sad but bc I feel so seen, loved and understood. It’s not generally a religious text but as I read on and start to accept myself I also accept the presence of the Lord in my life and how I have strayed from not only Him but myself. And that the Lord literally LOVES me so much that every trial and tribulation is a blessing. So when I am happy I am blessed and when I am “going thru it” I am also blessed. I am so loved 🥰 and I am so fulfilled bc I know the Lord loves me and I love myself ☺️

Undoubtedly, we're all at different places of knowing and understanding relationships and life in general. That said, it has always been my philosophy that the parties in any interaction or relationship be mutually respectful, conscientious, forthright and attentive to one another's need to be heard and understood. That these fundamental components open the heart space from which both can FEEL seen. That no meaningful exchange can occur outside of this heart space. From this vantage point, I never thought relationships could be that difficult or complicated. But I was wrong. For example, in a relational situation where one is met with public rejection on not one, but on multiple occasions, one can come away feeling as though one's soul had been crushed. Of course, now the work at hand is for one to heal from that and forgive. Some people say forgiving is hard to do. Personally, I disagree. Forgiving is the easiest thing one can do. What's hard is the dominant vibrational experience of terror that one is left with, and something one must continue to work out of one's nervous system, of course. It is said that time heals everything, and this perhaps cannot be any more true in this scenario. Time does heal everything! All this to say we all cross paths with one another at different places in our individual life experiences, and who knows what the other's life experience might have been at the time. At the end of the day, however, the one and only thing of value that remains is Love, regardless.

I am just wandering about free will which is stated here as being a real thing. But most neuroscientists now believe there is no free will. So god is doing the whole show in a trinity sort of eay, bein the ground, the spirit and incarnation at different levels. God is actually a lot more than that. “God is everything, everything good and everything bad.” It is very important that we not kid ourselves about this truth. Life is full of paradoxes. We are all one but having individual experiences. What is loving for yourself is loving for others. Allowing abuse is not loving at all. And at the same time the Course is asking us yo see our brothers innocence and to forgive him. So, you can separate from a damaging relationship with a forgiving heart, which is the loving thing for both parties.

Don't under estimate the power and Truth of John 3:16. Jesus was absolutely a man who suffered for our sins so we may be united back to Jesus and God, by the Holy Spirit. For we were dead in our sin, and Jesus paid the price for us to be reconciled back to God. Hallelujah! Jesus is Lord.
