How to Choose the Right Boat Propeller

Hello, I have a 2019 Sailfish DC325 with twin Yamaha 300FCU Outboards. The props on the boat are Yamaha Saltwater Series 2 15 1/4 with an 18 Tilt. I find that the bow under acceleration always rides high and never seems to settle in and get on plane. Any thoughts on changing to a different size, blade count, or tilt?

I have a 2003 22ft pontoon boat with 3.0 mercruiser w/carburetor. During the summer we take it out every weekend and with four kids we do a lot of tubing. I want to switch from aluminum prop to a SS prop what prop would toy recommend

I can’t find any independent testing that shows a significant increase in top speed, efficiency or handling. Certainly not enough to drop 5k on it!
