@@MridulDhirajKhanna Here in the USA, I talked to the respective dealers on behalf of my daughter. The prices I got quoted (holiday specials) are: CN29 $1800 plus tax, CLP-735, $2600 plus tax. The CLP has an audio in (3.5 mm) which the CN 29 does not. The CN29 has new Onkyo designed speakers. Bottom line, you need to actually play with each one, and decide. I've started piano lessons with an web-based Windows app called Piano Marvel, (also has an iPad app) and using the piano's speakers with an audio line in would be so handy; right now I use a Bose SoundLink speaker to listen to the output of my laptop! Oh, also: if you're willing to spend for the CLP735, also audition the Kawai CN39 for sure. Superb.

Oh! Here CN 29 Is available for 1650 dollars and CLP 735 for 1760 dollars. Pretty close. But Yes clp 735 has a line output, rhythms, ivory ebony keys, as well as USB to device port. At this price point CLP surely looks great. CN 39 is at 2000. Way over my budget.
