Graduated from Keio University School of Medicine. After working at a medical office, he went to the United States to pursue further research and studied abroad at Harvard University and Stanford University.
After a year and a half of studying abroad, his dissertation was published in the world-famous English scientific journal "Nature" and the American scientific journal "Science", and he is a world-renowned ophthalmologist.
After returning to Japan, he opened the "Ophthalmology Kajiwara Eye Care Clinic" in Kinshicho.

元メガネ屋です 私は耳の高さが左右でかなり違います。 テンプルを開いて上側を下にして置くと、ガタガタするくらい左右の高さが違います こういうことをわかってくれるメガネ屋って少ないです。 販売するのに特別な技術がある職種ではないので、店によってはバイトさんが販売していることもあります。 なんなら視力検査も医療行為ではないので、素人でもできます。 難しいですが先生がおっしゃるように、自分で良いメガネ屋を探すことから始めなきゃいけないと思います。

メガネ購入で失敗したこと何度もあります。一人だと試着してもはっきり見えないから出来上がってかけてみたらあれ？？ってことも少なくないですし、レンズなんて出来上がってみないとわからなかったりしますからね・・・安い買い物じゃないだけに失敗すると痛いです。

大きめのチタンフレームと小さめの樹脂フレームのメガネを常用してます。 。プリズムレンズ（右4プリズム、左4プリズム）で耳側が厚いからチタンフレームは、はみ出てます😅 樹脂フレームは軽くてレンズの厚みが目立たないです。 この間はシリコンの鼻パッドに交換しました。 鼻パッドが交換できるフレームの方が良いですね。 軽度遠視と中度の倒乱視ですが、メガネを離してみると目が拡大して見えます😀

フレームの話わかりやすかったです。自分は顔の左右差が大きくて相性が合うメガネ屋さんじゃないとしっくりこないです。 普段から使うものでありながら、案外取り上げてくれる方がいないのでとても参考になりました。ありがとうございます。 さて、質問があるのですが、自分は緑内障なのですがウェイトトレーニングはあまり良くないのでしょうか？メタボ体系のため運動をしたいと思うのですが、どういう運動が良いのでしょうか？ お答えいただけると嬉しいです。よろしくお願いします。

試しにかけていいなと思っても度が入ると目のサイズが変わるから似合わなくなったり、これだとちょっと目の印象が強すぎるなぁと思っても案外似合ったりする… 度数を入れた上で試せるアプリとかできないかなぁ

軽すぎるメガネはレンズだけが前重心になって、鼻に食い込むと思うので、強度近視の人はフレームの重さが少しあった方が楽な気がします

スクエアのセルの小さめのフレームが好みなのですが、最近の流行りで、デカいフレームしか店頭に並んでおらず、流行も考え物だなと、メーカーさんに伝われば。 顔の彫が深く、鼻当て一体型のメガネだとバシバシまつけが当たるので。 ー４は強度近視の部類に入るのでしょうか。

動画をありがとうございます。 強度近視の者です。先生がおっしゃる通り、コンタクトレンズを一日中使うことはありません。眼鏡は必需品です。なるべく軽い素材の物の眼鏡を作るようにします。

最近こちらの動画に巡り合いましたが－15度の超強度近視なので💦昔からフレームは極力小さいので勧められてレンズ代金はメチャ割高だけど薄く為るには限界あって周りにはウルトラマンとか、、加トちゃんビックリ🙀とお笑いに為ってるのでコンプレックスなので💦コンタクトレンズ外出には不可欠ですが、白内障の手術で眼内レンズ入れたら👓️レンズ薄く為ると眼科医に何年も前から勧められてるけど決心つかず、、受けた方が良いでしょうか❓️

私の行っている眼鏡屋さんは、メガネ選ぶ時に写真撮ってもらえます。今は、アンダーリムがお気に入りです。近視と複視でプリズムも入れるので、レンズ代は高くなります。
