How To Choose Which Scooter To Rent in Bali

Loving all your videos and how real they are compared to all those KZbin's who are paid to stay in fancy unrealitic places. heading to bali in 4 weeks would love to hear some recommendations on taxi/grab and how to get around as we are not confident on scooter. The seats on the scoopy kill your ass within 20 minutes. Not ideal for long distance travel, the same goes for Vario. Go for Yamaha NMAX or Honda PCX. The only advantage of the scoopy and vario is you can squeeze in between cars easier as the Max and pcx are fair bit wider and heavier.

The newer Yamaha Nmax 155 now come with ABS, might help a new rider not lock up and skid. From 2020 also getting traction control I believe...

My insurance policy allow to ride a scooter up to 200cc, I like the nmax, do you have a recommendation where to rent one and how much per day for 2 weeks ?

Nmax is a minimum of about IDR90,000 per day. Any rental place is fine. They line the streets in the South otherwise ask your hotel and have it delivered from a friend/contact of theirs. Enjoy! W

Lexi has different motors and formats. The one in the vid is a 155cc. I think the 125cc is a different model? W

Takes practise my friend, takes practise. Even after renting from Komang so many times she asked IDR90,000 per day. She gave up on me and said "ok boss how much you want" to which I answered "40,000 per day" That was it, done deal. Am I a badasss? hahaha... W
