Hi can I ask if I want to do a course that’s not so related to my poly course how should I make my chances of getting into a uni course higher? Like I want to get into a humans course but I’m doing build environment related in sp.

Hey! I think that GPA is probably the most important thing for standard scheme applications to university. But its also important to check if you meet the pre-requisite course requirements for the particular university and course you're looking into.

@@JeremiahTang thanks is there any way to build my portfolio since I wish to get into ntu history and English lit course with sp DLA ( landscape architecture). I checked ntu website and my course is eligible just need to show some sort of prove of interest in it. My main prove is via Os subjects. Would CCA experience in poly help? Like joining a CCA that is related to the course I want.

@@dinosaur7115 hey! CCAs that demonstrate your aptitude and interest for the subject would certainly aid in relaying your passion for the field ! You might also consider your story and reasons for the field and find ways to demonstrate that through the activities you join/ initiate.

Hi may I ask, what do you mean by non interviewed courses? are they just gonna look at our GPA?

hey for some courses, they do not require an interview and yes, they do have a cutoff point in which they use as the main mode of assessment for admissions.
