when in active - hot standby, does both the ports in both chasis forward the traffic or just the active chasis ? When we configure mutli chasis etherchannel, does all the memebrs of etherchannel forward traffic ?

Yes, the dual active links have to be seperate from the SVL links.

2 Switches when connected STACKwise, will have the what kind of CPU capability ? Will the Active Switch have the CPU power of 2 the Switches or will it be a single Switch ???

They will be in Active/Hot-Standby Relationship from the control plane perspective, where active device is responsible for all the control plane functions however both of them play active role when it comes to data plane/traffic forwarding. I hope this clarifies your question, Or else you can also read on Stackwise Virtual White Paper available on Cisco.com

In 95k there are no physical stacking ports. if you want to stack your switches you need to make a Virtual stack
