Thanks for the tips. We keep a small waste caddy with a dust pan and brush near the cage for quick spot cleans. We also have a tray with saw dust and paper under their hay bag and their food bowl. Piggies poop most when they eat so that makes sure most of the poops go straight into the trays which are easy to remove and refresh. This saves more mess on the fleece liners and keeps them clean that little bit longer!

If you spot cleaned every day, you wouldn't have to deal with so much. Imagine how it feels to HAVE to lie around in your own waste cos your owner can't be arsed! You only have to get rid of it, they have to lie around in it for three days! And the fact that you're trying to make a big joke about it proves how little you care.

If your doing a deep clean every 2 days then your cage is probably not big enough There are better ways to clean your c&c cage 1st gather fleece with poop inside and put into the rubbish bag then sweep poop off the fleece using a rubber/silicone brush into the rubbish (saves time sweeping the correx) 2nd sweep all of correx with a normal dustpan and brush 3rd spray with roughly 50% white vinegar and 50% water mix - this gets rid of calcium deposits and just makes the cage look more cleaner and wait a few minutes for the white vinegar to work (does not take long) 4th whipe with antibacterial wipes and again just wait a few minutes to dry 5th put everything new in Do you do custom c&c cages? For example if you wanted a longer or wider cage or an L shaped cage?

Response: Did you mean that it can get dirty in 2 or 3 days, so I wash the fleece and Coroplast (Base). EDIT: Would be helpful to know since I will be getting a 4x2 two tier cage and upgrading to fleece.

I'm kind of confused, I have guinea pigs and I do a daily clean but still there is so many small pieces of hay get stuck in the fleece, while in this video it looked like there wasn't any of that, I was wondering what you do to avoid getting so much hay in their cage.
