One reason I chose this as my first firearm was simplicity for cleaning, as well as ease of operation for the slide. Very straightforward instructions, which I'm glad for because the sheet in my cleaning kit was next-to-useless for a total novice, LOL

Nice video. Very useful. I have a new 380 EZ. Is there any different emphasis for cleaning before first firing? Do you recommend any cleaning for lubing before first use? Thank you.

If you purchased the firearm new, there is no need to clean before shooting! Manufacturers will send the firearms cleaned and oiled to the distributors.
