Something to add, if you remove the plate under the fuel shut off, you have the sediment bowl. Any crud from the fuel settles in it. Need to clean it out to keep the crud from getting into the carb fuel system.

You have any plans to make a playlist with stuff like this? I subbed already but as some that is new to working on my own stuff I would really appreciate more stuff like this, maybe for clutch maintenance, governer removal, stage one kits, etc.. I have found other stuff but you explain things a lot better for beginners. A lot of the bigger channels explain stuff as if I'm a certified mechanic or leave the easy parts out and then I get stuck.. either way great video thank you

Can I ask a dumb question? So I got new gaskets for the carb. There is one that's like paper/cardboard and then on that's metal.. does the metal one go closer to the carb or closer to the air filter housing (black plastic thing on a stock carb/air intake set up)

It's the stock carb on the Massimo mb200.. which I believe is just a honda clone 196cc

@rykerinthewild1155 did you notice what you had when you removed the carb? I always used paper gaskets but have replaced with a metal type if called for. I have never replaced that brand & style carb, though. Personally I would have the metal gasket on outside, but I would first look at a manual or find someone who has replaced them and ask first. As long as you torque it down correctly it should be fine.
