Great Video Thank You! I've learned so much in this short video than my DIY trial & error method. :-)) Quick question, when I am vaccuming my pool I seem to be getting air somewhere. Replaced the hose, checked for leaks, replaced filter canister gaskets and hand tightened my connectors. Water level is spot on for skimmer intake. Your thoughts?

Bob thank you for viewing your question is a tough one in that there could be so many possible air leaks in your pool to throw out a reason why that might be would be just complete conjecture I would recommend replacing the O-rings in all your valves and the one on your pump cover, and on your filter. When O-rings go bad, then that's when the air leaks start!

Hey there. How do you recommend I keep my Pentair salt water pool crystal clear in the winter time when my salt cell automatically shuts off?

Hey there. Big fan. I think you're one of the greatest running backs of all time. First, your Pentair salt cell will only shut off if the water gets below 55°, and if the water gets below 55°, who the heck is swimming? If you need to keep the water clear when the water is super cold, just add some liquid chlorine, but frankly, I'm a little confused #20.

Great info thanks! Question for you if you would, I have a grotto similar to the Beachside Beauty and have some birds attempting to nest on the wall. They are making a flippin mess and I and cleaning their mud off daily. Suggestions to get them to go away?

Im a BIG believer in the PoolRx. My Texas pool had high phosphates. High phos was causing me to have an algae bloom. Normally "the pool store" wants you to buy hundreds of $$$ of chems to remove the phosphates. This also means taking apart the cartridge filter several times each time you use the phos remover. On a whim I tried PoolRx. NEVER had an issue with algae again (keeping all other chems in balance). I get so much hate on pool forums from people saying "PoolRx is bad..it puts copper in zinc in your water". They dont understand that is chelated and that is different. Instead they say to use Algaecides (which IS copper..and not the good kind) and tell me to get phosphates down with phosphate removers (also BAD as it is Lanthium...a heavy mineral that is no bueno for humans). PoolRx all the way brother! Great work on some great pools! Peace and Love!
