The Lost and Founds are a little more tricky, because they are bleeding color incredibly bad. It would be the same steps, but you really have to make sure to test one area to avoid color bleed onto the white portion of the shoe

Hello, We would recommend allowing 24 hours for your shoes to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Never put your shoes in the dryer! You could place your shoes in front of a fan or outside in the sun; this may allow them to dry faster. Have a good day!

It is okay. You would wash the at normal cycle with cold water, but we do not recommend it for all shoes. Are you looking to clean a specific shoe?

We have a cleaning coming very soon. We have been told they have a tendency to bleed, so it is just super important to not oversaturate the shoe with water.

You don't have to, but the pretreatment really helps break down the grime and it helps not make a muddy mess in the washing machine. However, not all shoes require the washing machine and it really all just depends on how dirty your sneaker is.

I've watched several of these videos now. Basically the same thing over and over again. Lots of talking and the whole process is basically a drawn out video to advertise the products they have for sale. Shoe trees, soft medium and stiff bristle brushes, wash bowl and two squirts of the liquid shoe soap. I love the production and editing quality but it's getting boring now

@@RESHOEVN8R it doesn't really matter what I personally would like to see. I understand the whole point of these videos is to sell your products so you have to produce each video for new customers. However I just really like seeing shoes go from dirty to looking brand new so I watch your channel. It's an entertaining process to watch because I clean my shoes every day as soon as I take them off so they never get dirty enough to need 3 different kinds of brushes, special soap and a run through the washing machine. Therefore, as someone who will probably never purchase anything from you, I'd say it would be a waste of your time to alter your content to please me. As I said before your videos are excellent. Editing, sound quality all A grade. It's just the repetitive mentions of all the products that have made me lose interest
