Since I have access to power tools at my airsoft shop, what I like to do is to insert the cleaning rod into the drill, as if it were a drill bit, use cleaning solution + pad and fire up the drill as I move the cleaning rod back and forth.

I've been using alcohol to clean barrels for years and it has always worked super well. I've never understood why people use silicon for it... it just leaves an ultrathin layer of residue in the barrel to adhere to the BB and throw off weight during the magnus effects.
@robrobusa2 жыл бұрын
Also this way, dust collects much more readily than in a clean and dry barrel.

What is the chemical name for your cleaning alcohol? Are you using Isopropyl-acohol? (2-Propanol), or Isoethyl- alcohol?

Soap works pretty well too, as long as you dry it off afterwards. Also, why don't you take off the bucking while cleaning? Much easier :)

THANK YOU!! So many of my friends INSIST that silicone grease/oil will clean my barrel. Little do they know that the oil residue will actually get in the way of the bb and attract dirt and dust at the same time. I'll point them here once they try to argue about it again.

Novritsch, where do you get those 0.4 Bio BB's? it seems i can't find them (europe). Thanks for all the vids you post as you inspired me, as i became a airsoft sniper. If i see your vids, i see you have more consistency in the accuracy. my vsr gspec / pdi 6.01 inner barrel, W Bucking/ laylax zero trigger+orange piston, teflon cylinder, spring guide, spring stopper. After i think 2-3 consistent shoot (spread is 1-5 cm cm from bulls eye), 1 or 2 after will fly pretty crazy to the left or right more then 30cm. I test it out 30 meters with airco environment office, with 0.3 BB (not washed). use teflon tape on several places to have a good air tight seal. Any idea what this can be? thanks in advance.

hi, my name is wally, for the Philippines, I lost my cleaning rod and found a suitable replacement. You know those balloons that is attached to a plastic stick? @kieko89149 жыл бұрын
Lifeisairsoft Trippy Alright, so The Echo 1 M28 is only upgradable with vsr10 trigger parts if I remember correctly, there are some aftermarket parts on evike and custom made pistons and what not from people on the internet. And I personally wouldn't recommend nail polish remover, just use rubbing alcohol, its like 3 bucks for a large bottle from a local drug store.

Snapshot Studios First of all: have you ever heard of dialects? And second of all: have you ever heard high german and then compared it to bavarian or austrian? They are very different. It is not a language itself but a dialect that is very hard to understand for many other germans.
