Virtual Disk Service error: Clean is not allowed on the disk containing the current boot, system, pagefile, crashdump or hibernation volume. 🙃

This link may help www.easeus.com/resource/io-device-error.html also try using the rear i/o instead of the front if that is the case. see if your drive has a physical read/write lock on it self.

my sandisk cruzer glide 16GB suddenly "write protected" cannot format and checkdisk. only can read,not write anymore ,so bad sandisk quality!!! easeUS software also cannot format it!!! H:\>format H: Insert new disk for drive H: and press ENTER when ready... The type of the file system is NTFS. Verifying 14.3 GB Cannot format. This volume is write protected. Format failed.

@@kareemosama785 It's been a year since that I've abandoned the usb drive and used new ones, I recommend you throw that usb drive in the trash and buy a new one if you got important data on it I cant help.
