Just got a Nano but thinking I'm going to return for the Precision Cooker 3.0 since hard water is a bit of an issue where I live. Are there features on the Nano that aren't on the 3.0? Also hoping the size is the same. Amazon claims the 3.0 is larger, but they seem about the same from your comparison video. Thanks! Love your channel!

I have the Anova AN425-10. I have tried to "unscrew" the lower cover but it doesn't seem to want to unscrew? I don't want to break it, does it definitely come apart the same as the one you are cleaning in this video?

That’s the Nano, right? You can’t take the cover off. Just run the solution.

Quick question if you don't mind. I have the same model, but when I started it up (bought it used off of eBay) it made a loud "rattling" noise. I've read online, and the advice I've found so far is to just "take off the sleeve and put it back on" and I suppose tighten it. Is there a more effective/permanent fix as I am nervous this will re-occur.

Hi, there. Happy to help however I can. Sounds like the shaft may be a bit misaligned. Does that seem like it may be the cause from what you can tell?
