I've always washed my makeup brushes with baby shampoo today I tried hand soap with olive oil and they feel so soft and clean. definitely recommend 😍😍

Finally some brush cleaning advice from someone I trust! Definitely going to try this today! :) I also have a beauty blender and instead of buying the cleaner, I use baby shampoo instead. It works really well and is gentle enough that it won't ruin the sponge :)

Walmart sells this soap called ZOTE. It's in the laundry section, white packaging and pink bar. It's $1 and I use it every week to clean my brushes. It's so perfect and lasts long, very sensitive so it won't affect your face or brushes. Amy Macedo has a video on it. Look her up. Same technique and cheaper value.

Really helpful video! I will definitely buy that pink thing in the deep cleanse part. Just one tip, when your brushes are drying, try to find a way to make them upright so the hairs are facing downwards, laying them flat on the window will still cause 50% of the wet to run back into the brush making the glue weaker, this will cause the hairs to fall out :) Great video!

You should try to elevate your brushes from the tip so the water doesn't go back into the bristles and mess with the "glue" or what not that holds it in place...if that makes any sense haha

Anyone wanting to use a good sponge cleaner. I have used the Irish Spring Green body bar it's probably one of the best and cheapest alternatives I have found. and it keeps the sponge nice and soft .
