How to Clean EGR Intake Pipe

You just cleaned the Intake pipe of EGR. The pipe brings in exhaust gases from exhaust manifold of the engine to the egr valve. Next time you open this pipe weld the inside of this pipe shut with a 2-3mm plate. Blocking the EGR completely. But before installing this pipe clean the actual EGR valve assembly,EGR cooler & refit everything back. If you get a fault code just TURN OFF the EGR system from the ECU. All this will help engine breath cleaner,make oil less dirtier,cleaner intake manifold,cleaner intake vales,no clogging for lifetime,no egr cleaning, no maintenance, money saved! Tree huggers will say this will polute the environment but know this a blocked egr will polute more & dirty carbon deposited oil is way more hazardous when not recycled properly which happens almost everywhere. This EGR is just to meet regulations car companies dont care about the aftereffects.

This is not the EGR valve... You don't even cleaned the hoze of the Egr... It's still dirty!!!
