The horizontal and vertical advice is easier said than done. I have always mix distilled water and alcohol ratio. Always works well even on direct sunlight.

I like vertical on the inside. I don't use the reacher for the final wipe. I use two towels.

I liked the video, but am not comfortable with spraying the windshield without first covering the dashboard. I can’t think that it’s good for that overspray to linger on the dash. Thanks for the demo.

Nice! You can use Stoner's Invisible Glass cleaner for not hot windshields. Now, if your windshield is hot and you don't want streaks I have 2 options for you...Majestic Solutions gel glass cleaner or Rinseless.
