How to clean gold jewellery at home

Boil water, add in gold jewellery, add a little baking soda when the water is boiling, simmer for about 1 minute until the dirt comes out, turn off the flame and soak for 5-10 mins, take some dish washing liquid or any mild soapy solution, use a soft brush to gently rub the jewellery, rinse thoroughly with plain water, dry with clean cloth or tissue paper. Done.

Tried this for my gold grill and worked beautifully, I did mine a bit differently I added boiling water to a bowl filled with aluminum foil and baking soda and like that the tarnish was gone 😁

I do this always, if your rings are really dirty leave them to soak for a few hours ( not on the stove top!) Dishwasher powder works really well.
