Please help, what do you think is the problem with mine. Its working, but its not charging. I know its working since it still has a bit of battery left. But when I plug it, it wont show its charging.

the battery died. battery already below minimum voltage which 3.2v/ in battery words 3.2v are 0% - 4.2v 100% required replace battery. you can try revive it but dangerous and not recommended.

Try changing the charging cable and charger. If that doesn't work, you can try opening the fan and disconnecting the battery, then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, you need expertise and equipment to do a more in-depth check. I don't recommend doing this if you don't have technical knowledge.

You can run them max speed and spray alcohol direct to the propellers from air intake. It will clean itself.

You can open it up and unplug it (especially the battery), then reconnect it. I've had a few fans with this problem, and if you're lucky it may fix itself.

If you want to deep clean Life 9, you must tear it down. You can watch my Life 9 teardown video on my channel. Or easiest way to clean is spray alcohol into the intake while it runs max speed.

You need to disassemble the fan blade if you want to wash it separately. If you wash the entire motor assembly, you may damage the electronic circuit.

This requires experience, thinking, and some skill. There are things that if you are a normal person, you will not be able to understand where they start to disassemble. But if you have experience, you will slowly figure it out. Sometimes I'm a little worried that if I break it, I'll lose money, lol.

Ultra 1 back cover is harder to remove. So with the net you can use a brush. If the impeller is dusty you can spray alcohol while running to clean itself.

It’s ESD-13 tweezer. You can buy it on Amazon. They’re quite cheap.

If the fan blade hits the inside of the fan, you need to check whether the motor shaft is still concentric or not. Or maybe the bearing is damaged causing the fan blade to misalign.
