I love eating the pork bellies we called them hog Mogg‘s in our family and we clean them the exact same way however we also use vinegar to wash them and then we do a first boil in hot water with more salt and vinegar then we pour the first boil water off rewash the pork belly again then we season our water and boil them for 2 to 3 hours until tender we cook these along with pig intestines which we call chitterlings thanks for sharing good job🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

Before the water is hot ,put the maw in it so that the temperature rise together..after it boil, put the pot with hot water in a running water to decease the temperature slowly..the maw maybe tender
