I live in Northeast GA. I clean mine monthly. I only wipe down the outside with degreaser. I like to leave all the juices in for my flavor savor!

Welcome back! I almost deleted you. Been too long. I thought I'll check one more time and here you are! Lol. As far as cleaning the grill. Have you ever seasoned it? It wouldn't get that dirty if seasoned. You cleaned it inside and out and then that was good. You didn't reseason it. And lastly, I bought the new Pit Boss Titan. If you get one for your video, be prepared. It takes three people to load and unload it. It has alot of parts to assemble. And you need help lifting the Firebox onto the base. But dam, it's the best grill yet.
