You are missing a lot of info here. how long in the fridge ? Why don't you show FULL coverage of the brining on both sides & how much ? Also the final coverage of seasoning before grilling ? Not good.👎👎

No, You do not need to press hold and turn the dial to change the temperature. You just press it once and feel the click, and then you just let go, then turn the dial to what temperature and you'll see it changing on the display.

Question for you. I've always had a propane grill, but have been interested in smoking, etc. If I replaced my grill with the Pitboss onyx classic, if I just wanted to grill one quick hamburger, how much of a preheat time should I expect? Basically, with the exposed flame function, what is the preheat time?

Too bad you didn't operate that clean outdoor. That is the main reason I came to. This video is to see if that door pulls all the way out. You said to just lift it. Right above that door, it says to lift and pull. I wanted to see if it comes all the way out. Mine doesn't.
