Nice way to process the Paua bro! That way you shuck them looks the way to go thanks! I find if you leave them in the fridge over night and then the next day boil them for a minute they are still soft and tender. have you tried that method?

Yes that is what most people tend too do now I think but im not keen on heating up seafood twice myself but there Really isn't anything wrong with that technique if it's not too long

Yea sometimes I scold them for about 30 seconds makes them so tender aye
