Jason Lee by itself it can be overwhelming, like in this video. Now I can’t say for certain since he also added abalone and lime, but I personally feel that he put so much that the buttery taste won’t be diluted. In his normal scrambled eggs video, the buttery taste is diluted with creme fraiche so that the eggs taste creamy.

Before I became terminally ill I was a primary school teacher. I pushed Te Reo as much as I could (my skin is as white as can be but my grandfather (Pop Robbie) was 100% Maori and I'm proud of my heritage). He passed before I was born and our Maori heritage was lost and seen almost as a secret. I learnt some Reo and did my own research in teachers college and I'm from Ngati Awa which is originates from around Hastings. We need to teach Reo in school along with English since both (and sign language) is listed as an official language of New Zealand. For those of you reading this I'm bedridden and it's hard for me to fight so can you please learn the Maori language and customs and not just in Maori Language week (which happens to be this week) and spread my message. We are as one nation and we need to fight for each culture and tradition that represents our country. Thank you and God bless. Xx
