:D hey hey - yes im already thinking at a top 10 nibs video - but I have trouble going further if im going to do a top on my favorite nibs form my collection in that I will grade regardless of the nib/material my favorite or to judge overall as a average manufacturers nibs. I think im going to stick to a manufacturers offerings so that anyone watching can relate because if I do something that its available in my personal collection.... well no one can have it outside of me :)) so like this we make the video as a useful guide for all and not just bragging

@@pen.venture yes of course. and a lot of it is very subjective. i would love to know how you rank a kop versus a custom urushi versus an emperor, but they are all very different nibs that are hard to compare (i think i will soon go for the custom urushi though😄). do you have an absolute favourite?

Another informative video! On another subject, you are the fastest to ship of any online retailers I bought from, often the same day I order! BUT do you ever reply to support email? I tried a few times your yahoo email and never received any answer :(

Thank you so much for the feedback - wow its strange because I respond to all emails, unless they get flagged and sent to a different inbox, can you please send the email one more time but maybe not use any caps letters and see if it works, we have a system that scans for different things like subjects/keywords and a few more things then they get diverted into different inboxes like : feedback / FAQ / product info .... and all is done by my colleague at IT with filters, maybe try to not include a link if you did so because often it gets flagged and sent to spam ... maybe ill work, as of now im up to date with all my emails so let me know on which address and time you sent the email to + your email so I can search for it maybe it got lost
