Thank you so much for your video! My shark stopped sucking up things and I couldn't figure out why. When I opened the bottom canister, I realized that a piece of plastic was lodged in there which was causing a huge back up! I found it it works great now!

Such a great tip about cleaning the glass! I found the cloth goes in much more easily from the bottom btw. The glass was covered in dried mud and bits of leaf (don’t ask 🤦‍♀️) and I was amazed it came off but it did! Thank you.

Not me who watches this after literally taking it all apart and pitting everything but the head in a sink of disinfectant 😂 i used a baby wipe and chopstick to the the inside of the glass 🙈 i just came on here to see of there was an easier way and now im like 😳 whoops lol 😅

Really good trick with the microfibre cloth not quite fit the hang of it yet but it was late in the evening. I will try this again. You are right you have to clean these quite a bit else the underneath gets grubby and that will transfer to your floors. Great job

Thanks so much! Such a shame the main brush head doesn't come out, the clear plastic gets so grimy. Running a cloth through it to clean worked a charm though, great tip.

You’re right they get filled with Hair but it’s too easy to break them by removing the hair they seem to come out and then not fit back in

Tip I learned the hard way: The foam gasket on the lid does NOT come off easily, it’s glued down. It’s not supposed to be removed. I had to make a new one from neoprene cos I screwed up the original one removing it.

Try a mircofiber cloth soaked in a mutipurpose cleaner to get the grease off?
