I do this and it works great. Don’t always have the blue Dawn and the other colors Dawn work the same for me. I let mine sit for an hour or two.

Tried the recipe last week and it works great. It is a strong scent though and turning the bathroom fan on and opening the window as recommended helps.

I think I always go too heavy on the Dawn because it takes forever to rinse (and I have to do it cup by cup since I do t have a hose) Any tips?

1 cup vinegar 2 tablespoons of Dawn, try a juice jug for rinsing. Should be a little quicker than a cup.

I don't miss my glass shower doors. They had a texture on them and previous owners were pretty rough on them so they always looked rough. After the fire in the bathroom (yep, electric fire from improperly installed jet tub plugged into an outlet UNDER THE TUB!) we decided the tub had to go, the plug got capped off and we put in a shower rod.
