I like this method. super easy for a homeowner. many videos I'm watching is methods to do it fast because of maybe doing it for work or something. Jeez, I'm just a homeowner that wants to clean her screens that hasn't been cleaned in the 16 yrs I've lived there. lol. wet then down ,,put warm water in bucket an some dish deterg lay them on your picnic table srucb with soft scrucb brush hose off ,,reinstall ,,about 10-15 each your done..great vid sir

Just wondering why you have a screen on the inside of your window instead of it being in the outside?!

Good question, these windows were in the house when we bought it. They are crank out windows, so I Guess the screen needs to be on the inside so that when you crank the window open it doesn't let all the bugs in.

Some studies have shown that ammonia is toxic due to its tendency to reduce adenosine triphosphate levels in humans. And because of this, I've been seeing ammonia less and less in stores. What can I use as a substitute for it?

I almost exclusively use Vinegar, Baking Powder and Dawn for all cleaning in my house. I was planning on using vinegar instead of the ammonium. I will probably use just vinegar and dawn only. If you don't use Vinegar to clean just know it will smell strongly until it dries, the smell completely leaves after it dries. Don't forget to brush the dirt off first with a brush or broom for better results. Hopefully this helped. I haven't tried it yet so I'll find out for myself soon enough.

Your screens are on the inside? What? How do you open a window? I have double hung. I pinch two levers and the window comes toward me. Then I remove the screen.
