Thanks, Tiago. I need to find myself that bearing wash too. I only wish that for my SEBA skates removing the wheels was easy. The supplied allen key hurts my palms. I think I have already twisted the hex 90 degrees round due to the axles being over-tightened from the factory. I have only two more wheels left to remove, but damn - I am defeated and aching. Seriously, trying to remove the wheels and the frame for the first time takes crazy strength and indestructible tools.
@TiagoInlineSkater6 жыл бұрын
gurtana I totally understand you! the screws of the 2016 line of Seba skates are CRAZY TIGHT! I almot hurt wrist badly X.x I'm gonna tel the guys from Seba next time i go to their office :)
@gurtana6 жыл бұрын
Hah, sorry to hear you had trouble too, but better to know it wasn't just me. I think my idea of hell would be to unscrew SEBA wheels and frames from the skates for all eternity - with nothing but the supplied tool to use. Yes, that would be punishment indeed. 🙂

I had the same problem with the 2 middle wheels in my FRX 80s. Ended up using a torque wrench to get them loose. What a pain in the rear!

I just keep the inside shields off the bearings, spray them off with brake cleaner and re-oil. With the open side in the wheel there's no dust in there anyway.

When I cleaned my bearings I put them in boiling water for about 10 min, the water movements cleans them quite well though it dirties the pot a lot, then dry them and lubricate them ! vidéo simpa en tous cas on voit assez peu de tutos pour nettoyer ses roulements ! petite critique quand meme : tu ne montre pas comment sortir les roulements de la roue, ça peut etre assez complexe la premiere fois ;)
@TiagoInlineSkater8 жыл бұрын
de l'eau bouillante? nice! ah oui lol x) Merci!
@packmanbp8 жыл бұрын
yeah as soon as I take them out (and they cooled a little) I make them roll a lot to get rid of the water, then I dry them with absorbing paper, and I lubricate them right away ! Did this a few months ago and they still roll way better than before !

Salut gars, j'ai une question : combien de fois utilises-tu ta bearing wash ? Puisque logiquement, après une utilisation la solution est déjà souillée, non ?
@TiagoInlineSkater7 жыл бұрын

Nah mate Tiago.. you got it all wrong. Use and soak your bearing with WD40 then wipe it clean. Also spray some WD40 on your frames, wipe it clean. Reinstalls and put ur skates back together and good as gold. None of that hyped crap cleaners!.
