With Invisalign after I've finished eating/drinking, should I brush my teeth immediately, as I was told it's best to wait at least 30 mins because it can damage the enamel. What do you advise? Also, is it safe to water floss immediately or should I wait 30 mins again?

You want to use your water floss and clean the particles and brush a little after as your dentists told you. Great question
