This is the best video I've seen for this. You should post links, could make some money through Amazon partnerships or for your business

Thanks for the video! Short, sweet, to the point. 10/10 would shop from you guys if I was on the west coast.

The keg lift or screwdriver keeps the ball at the bottom pushed up so the bad/old beer can drain when you pump the cleaner in. Just set the coupler on the screwdriver inside of the pot and it will work fine.

I just stick a toothpick in to hold the ball up.
@edwardhill69452 жыл бұрын
I also pull the toothpick after most, but not all of the cleaner has been pushed through. I leave it soak this way, with the lines full, for a few minutes. I also toss the disassembled faucet parts into the pot, & let them soak, before finally rinsing the lines. Soaking the Intertap SS ,(or any faucets), cleans them much better than simply brushing & re-installing.

Sorry, I missed where you put the faucet into the pot. Good on you to state leaving everything to soak for a few minutes.

Well done. Easier than I thought.

@ 1:14 you say something about your "keg lifter or screwdriver" and then you just moved your hands around and put the line int he bucket. What the hell was that? I am cleaning my line for the first time, and I ordered my supplies (pump, spanner wrench, cleaner, brush) but is there something else that I need? Im confused!

Thanks for the very instructional tutorial. I can now kegerate to my hearts content.

Can I use gravity instead of a pump? Just bought a used kegerator, came with the container for the cleaning solution, but no pump.

Would have been nice for you to show the assembly and disassembly of the faucet. All we saw was your hands doing something

Nicely done. I have a question and I'm sure you have the answer. Why wouldn't a person just buy a new plastic line rather than invest in all these cleaners, brushes, time, solution etc? Seems like it's just a plastic line going up the faucet from under the cap, then you could just clean the faucet with a bottle brush?
@Clay_Maguire9 жыл бұрын
+Joe Denick You still need to clean your faucets and connectors, so you would still need the brushes and cleaner. BLC is concentrated, so the cost is low. Good beer line isn't just a plastic line.

I think he is saying keg lifter or screwdriver. How do you keep the coupler open with a screw driver?
@brodywilliams76604 жыл бұрын
He said you’re ready to serve beer after cleaning the lines with that solution, but What about running sanitizer though before you serve beer?

Almost want to downvote because you have a 100% upvote rate here, and reason for it, very informative and appreciate the time taken to help those needing to know about a very important step in owning a kegerator. Great video, Thumps Up!! :)
