I wouldn’t recommend the baking soda method for iced out pieces with diamond or moissanite since baking soda is very Abrasive I’d use dish soap and hot water and a toothbrush then polish it’s very effective in my experience

Though I’ve used the baking soda method with my moissanite bracelets didn’t seem like anything happened and it did clean it well just speaking from the research I’ve done if done to much over time baking soda could be bad for the precious stones

You should honestly get some for this it’s really helpful and is what causes the chemical reaction, you’ll definitely end up using the tin foil for other stuff too so it’s worth
