Or you could press restart then spam f10 till a weird thing will pop up then go to security then go to disk sanitzer it will delete EVERYTHING of your hard drive

I follow this to the letter on my old XP Pro laptop. After logging out I try to login under the new account and get a message "The user profile service failed the login". Doing everything manually.

Nevermind I found a way 😊 1) Go to Start -> Run, then type regedit and hit Enter. 2) Locate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version. 3) On the right panel, double click on RegisteredOwner, then modify the value to the name as you preferred. You can also change the organization name as well by double clicking on RegisteredOrganization and change the value. 4) Restart your computer to take the effect of the changes.

For me when I got to the step where u had to delete the old account, the program said not responding, so I cant delete the old accounts :(

It is totally normal for the computer not to respond when you start to delete an account. For a large account, with lots of past use, it can take hours to delete. There is all of the user's data to clear, plus thousands of temporary files and other junk that has accumulated over time. Be patient, it will eventually finish. But is some cases on older computers it may seem like forever.
