@@keefyaboxing mate sorry to disturbing you but the technique just you mentioned are those effective for a southpaw?
@keefyaboxingАй бұрын
@@Joewillson12 you’re not disturbing apologies for delay. Had a day of painting. The techniques will be the same only difference will be the footwork. So if you have an orthodox vs southpaw then footwork to get in will be a little different. What I mean is you will need to get in the best way with little damage you don’t want to walk in on their back hand. But the technique will be same for both yes.

High guard walk down is what I use for Muay Thai, I’ve trained body shots for two years on my stomach and ribs. Same with thigh kicks. So I would never get hurt again from body shots💀 when you walk someone down and they can’t pierce the guard they start to corner themselves in sparring usually. Good tactic for dealing with guys that like to dip in and out a lot.
@keefyaboxingАй бұрын
@@SavageEntertainmentYEAH yes exactly and when you walk them down you can see some people crumble under the pressure and I bet you seen crumble under them mean knees and leg kicks of yours. #artof8limbs

Train like taking shots to the body or a lot of ab exercises? Or both 😂?
@keefyaboxingАй бұрын
@@shadicspeed2523 ideally both do need body conditioning since we will take punches. But I don’t enjoy being punched by these beasts hence my body shield 😂
