If I'm right there aren't enough screws, should be 5 per stud per sheet

As per IRC Table R702.3.5, 16" screw spacing is fine for 1/2" drywall on a 16" OC wall. That would indicate 4 screws per stud, so the hangers did it right I think. Also if they used adhesive, then 24" spacing is ok, which would be 3 per stud. In real life I'm busy doing my second drywall job ever, so... FWIW :)

5/8 drywall, or toughgard. Go to a real drywall supply store, not a big box, and ask them what they have

Yes and i don’t think it’s a good idea but not positive. I think you would have a ton of scratches

Can confirm it's not a good idea, tried it. Took longer that 2 standard skim coats,more mud, and it still didn't come out great

Hey mate thanks for the upload , been running a set of colombia boxes for over a year now. But recently on my final coat box I'm getting a sort of bubble/peel at rhe start of my flats. I run behind with a smoother blade so I can get rid of it but it's boggling my mind as to what's creating it. Any experience with this issue? Cheers bud
