How to code an inpatient record using 3M

In this video I demonstrate how to read through a complete inpatient medical record as well as how to isolate what to code from the record. I then demonstrate how to use 3M to assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes and the MS-DRG documented in the medical record.

Hello @Jennifer Lame I have one query. Why did not we code Ecoli bacteria code. It was noted in urine culture. Blood culture was contamination agree to that. Please do tell.
