Once per chain means that it's not once per turn. in short, every time you summon a code Talker from the extra deck with a different attribute, you draw a card with the same attribute as the code Talker. You can do it up to 6 times per turn.

I built a varient that uses up the ritual, fusion, synchro and xyz cyberse support for Firewall Dragon darkfluid. It works if you know what your doing but it still is a fragile stratagy. I would say cut the ritual support to make it more consistant but the ritual cyberse link is a great extender. Still needs a lot of support to really get going also the tcg needs to get the rest of the code talker stuff as well.

I think with Accesscode Talker, Inverted Code Talker and Code Talker Heatsoul (chicken game on legs? Count me in!). The deck will be a lot stronger, now. Heatsoul replaces Powercode and requires a minimum of two monsters as opposed to the three required for Powercode. Accesscode is just an insane card and Inverted Code talker being light, a link-2 and having that special summon effect is so damn good as well.

I remember seeing a cyberse extra link that involves the synchro and stuff like that. It does provide a full extra link and a linkuriboh on the side so you have at least 1 attack protection. Idk how much better it is compared to this, but it’s something to consider.

I might as well have bought the game for the same price, take the cards, and return for some capital back. Game promos that have some playability gone above the original price of the game simply due to sheer amount of want on release.

This turned me of and away from Yu-gi-oh! I came back to it since the release of the first Playmaker structure-/starterdeck mainly due to the Vrains anime and also liked the archetype since i do coding irl. And it was cheap, even collected all the OG cyberse cards even though most were just spend time in my Cyberse binder, waiting so long they and they F--- us over with Cynet Mining becoming a secret rare short print, then delaying the Shooting Code whats supposed to be a structure deck, and put them in a set also making Code Radiator a secret rare... And then, the F------ nail in the coffin, two must haves especially Micro Coder which is a three of, become part of a F------ promo... In turn turning my what was supposed to be a casual deck obsolete... For the money to finish this deck I could get a meta deck... I think they should print cards in different rarities similar to pokemon tcg to make the game more accessible to players, so more people can play on a even playing field and the more "serious players" can bling their decks out, i thought they were on the right track but then they F--- us over with a new rarity. Turning cards that already are expensive secret rares to prismatic secret rares in the same set (Apollousa) being the prime example...

Field centers are just foil by default has no sleeve foiling. Also field center are mostly exempt from that as they are not part of your deck.

Well considering all the cards in it will be imported between these promos and the Fists of the Gadgets set, it's not happening. The cards will come out but they will be harder to get. At least they will all be holos but that's a moot point when you consider we could have had them all for 30 dollars.

As I've said before I'm not buying Legacy of the Duelist Link Evolution until it goes on sale. I find it ANNOYING that there isn't a Master Rule 3 option at least for story mode because that means that for said mode you're effectively handicapped by being stuck with only 1 Extra deck monster on the field at a time (Unless Konami adds a MR3 option via a patch)

Why are people acting like the promos are the price of the game? That's like my old horribly flawed mentality of thinking Decode Talker should be 10 bucks because you need to pay ten bucks to get it, back when the starter deck was the only way to get it. The promos should be no more than 5 dollars each, and you only need Coder and Codec, so that's a max of 30 dollars, but likely they will be much cheaper based on other video game promos. Like, yes, they might be relatively expensive but they won't be nearly that expensive.

To acquire the cards you are going to pay for the game. If no one buys the games then there will be no cards. Someone's gunna fork 40x3 for 3 copies, but there will be after market as well for those only interested in the game itself. It's like shonen jump magazines back in the day, magazine 10 bucks, then 10 bucks for just the card if it was good or more when people bought them out back then. Thunder King Raioh, gx2 book 12 bucks, cards 15. Exclusivity and demand will drive up the price. Low demand for the game will also mean low supply for the cards. So far not a lot of people want this game...

@@MSTTV well that's fair, but I still don't agree that they will each be 20 dollars, which is what it would have to be for a playset of each to be 120. Plenty of people will buy the game if they didn't have it on ps4 or xbox one, there may be a lower quantity than a lot of other cards but it's also not like we're talking about a meta card or deck here. People will want them, but not as many as if it were something like Needlefiber, or any other meta card that hadn't been imported yet. I think the quantities might stabilize over time as people pick up the cards, test the deck, realize it's tier two at best, and then sell the cards again.
