Resolve could make this a lot easier if you used the same method as Sony (Magix) Vegas. You have each camera on it's own V1/V2/V3 Track in the timeline. Then add grading to the track! WHY ISN'T THIS POSSIBLE!?!?!

Haven't used Sony Vegas so don't know what it's like but it's an interesting idea.
