Beautiful! I also started using inktense, markers, fineliners, etc. To make my coloring faster. I need to invest in the tombows but like you said, they are very expensive.

Thank you! ☺♥ I also got the Inktense pencils, they are more difficult to work with in my opinion :D And yes the Tombows are very expensive. I bought them a few at a time & asked some for Christmas or birthday to be able to afford them.

This is beautiful 🥰 I never used watercolor in my coluring books bec I fear the paper warps. I can watch you for hours 😂 I wish you post how you color the flowers as well. Thank you for sharing your tips.

Aww thank you so much!! 😍 If you use too much water then the paper will warp, so the key is to use less water than you normally would. When I continue coloring this page, I'll try to make a video of the coloring process as well ♥️

How does the paper do with watercolour? I always wanted to do that but worried that it would ruin the page if it's not specifically watercolour paper. From what it looks like, it doesn't seem to have created any issues, but please let me know because that would be amazing news.

The paper is not great with water, but if you don't use too much, then it's fine. And also let it dry really well before adding pencil-work on top! I hope this helps 💖

You’re welcome! 💚 the Tombow dualbrushmarkers are waterbased so they don’t bleed through the page! 😊 (unless you do more than 10 layers 😅 then they probably would start to bleed through)

When I use watercolours the page curls 😢

Hi, I understand. It's not that my paper doesn't curl or warp when using water, but it stays at a minimum by applying these tricks: 1. Don't use too much water, before adding your watercolor to the paper, check that there is no excessive water on your brush. You can wipe off water with some paper towel. 2. Only do 1 layer at a time, let it dry in between. I know this is more time consuming but it will help! 3. If you can then start with only tiny bits of the paper. No adding watercolor to the whole page all at once. For example on this page I only added 1 layer of blue to the water and 1 layer of green to the crocodile, and that's it! Let it dry and then go on. So after this your paper will buckle a bit, but if you start adding some pencilwork on top then it will flatten down. If your paper still warps after adding pencilwork, then close your book and add some heavy books on top of it, this will flatten it down. Or if you feel adventurous you can use an iron to smooth out the paper, I put some baking paper between the page and my iron to prevent any damage to the page 😊 I hope this will help you! ♥️ Good luck 🍀
