Beautiful! I've had issues with the paper pilling when using water mediums in the second Romantic Country book (I haven't colored in the fist or third yet). Have you had any pilling?

I havent used watercolor in the second but the paper from all her books is quite bad despite they look rather on the thicker side! I just use pencils and the paper would peel off all the time when i add more than 3 layers 😩

I asked a similar question somewhere Someone told me taht u can put clear gesso on the page let it dry and it helps to be able to paint on thinner papers

I have had any trouble in the second tale.. but I don't use a lot of water, a damp cheap brush or the caran d'ache felt tip water brush, and not watercolors but inktense or neocolors.. it takes a bit getting used to but you can work with water based mediums. Just not a lot off of water and work quick!
